Consolidating Client contact information

I use Act for Customer Relation Management, Quickbooks Premeir edition for Bookeeping, palm desktop for personal appointments and my own proprietary software for managing tickets. In those moments especially when things get busy It would sure help to have all customer contact information consolidated into one. For a small business with limited budget its hard to afford a software application that actually does it all as a result I find myself manually synchronizing all the contacts information between four systems. Now I know that their are utilities out their that can be used to consolidate data however I’ve found these to be pretty work intensive. If anyone out their has a solution that they would like to share that works please feel free to do so.
